At its core is a 3mm thick, 11-gauge steel frame — the same standard used in commercial facilities — engineered to handle decades of heavy use without flex or compromise. The dual 300 lb. weight stacks adjust in 5 lb. increments, giving you precise progressive overload on both the 1:1 and 2:1 pulley ratios so you can train smart, not just hard. The counterbalanced Smith machine eliminates bar drag for smooth, controlled lifts every time, while the Tornado Arms extend your range of motion and open up exercise angles you simply can't get on a standard cable machine. - We recommend a minimum of 10 feet long by 8 feet wide for your all-in-one machine, giving you enough clearance to move freely on every attachment and exercise without feeling cramped. If you have a bit more room, even better — extra space makes for a more comfortable training environment overall.
- For the stair stepper, the machine measures 57" long × 32" wide × 78" tall — just make sure you have enough room to fit the unit and comfortably enter and exit from either side. No major clearance requirements beyond that.
- All orders ship out every Monday, with delivery typically taking 5–8 days from the ship date. Once your all-in-one machine arrives, our team will handle the full assembly and installation — all you have to do is pick the spot and we'll take care of the rest.
