Purchase Experience Overview:

2. Initial Communication: A Zero Fitness representative will contact you within 24 hours, providing an estimated delivery window. While our delivery typically completes within 2 weeks, during peak times, please allow up to 3 weeks.

3. Scheduling Delivery & Assembly: As we approach your delivery date, we'll coordinate with you to schedule a convenient time for the delivery and assembly of your equipment. All orders will be shipped out of 1743 S Grand Ave Glendora, CA 91740.

4. Delivery & Setup: Our team will arrive as per the scheduled time in a dedicated delivery vehicle. We'll carefully unload and assemble the machine in your chosen location, ensuring every component is set up correctly. The entire process will take 2-3 hours at most. For installations on higher floors, it's essential to contact us beforehand to confirm availability in your region.

5. Final Touches: After assembly, we prioritize your space's cleanliness by removing and disposing of all packaging materials. Now, you're all set to embark on your fitness journey!
