Zero Fitness Power Racks are backed by a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. To file a claim, email us at help@zerofitness.us with the information listed below.
Send an email to help@zerofitness.us with the subject line "Warranty Claim" and include the following information:
- 1Full Name — The name on the original order.
- 2Order Number — Found in your purchase confirmation email.
- 3Proof of Purchase — Attach or forward your original order confirmation.
- 4Description of the Issue — Briefly describe the defect or damage you're experiencing.
- 5Photos or Video — Clear images of the affected area help us process your claim faster.
Coverage
Zero Fitness warrants that the Zero Fitness Power Rack is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Structural components of the Zero Fitness Power Rack
- Welds, frames, and overall structural integrity
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or modifications
- Damage resulting from usage outside the intended purposes specified by Zero Fitness
- Damage due to harsh environmental conditions, including excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or corrosive substances
- Products not properly maintained or used in accordance with provided instructions
Non-Transferable
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Limitations & Liability
This warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedy for the original purchaser. Zero Fitness is not liable for any other damages, including direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of California and is subject to change to comply with legal requirements. Zero Fitness reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time without notice.
