Questions & Answers
We recommend a minimum of 10 feet long by 8 feet wide for optimal use and safe range of motion. This gives you enough clearance to move freely on every attachment and exercise without feeling cramped. If you have a bit more room, even better — extra space around the machine makes for a more comfortable training environment overall.
Orders ship out every Monday, and delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the ship date. So depending on when you place your order, you can generally expect your machine to arrive within 1–2 weeks. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it the whole way.
