Refund policy
All sales are non-refundable except as provided in our Cancellation and Returns sections below or as required by applicable law. We do not offer exchanges on any products in general, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect as described in our Damages and Issues section.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure that all items and quantities are correct. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order.
Thank you for your understanding. This policy is provided in compliance with California Civil Code Section 1723 and other applicable consumer protection laws, which require clear disclosure of refund, return, and cancellation terms. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under federal or state law.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion, in accordance with implied warranties under California law and the Uniform Commercial Code.
Cancellation and Returns
There is no automatic cancellation or cooling-off period. However, you may request to cancel or return your order subject to the following terms and fees, which reflect our actual costs for restocking and rehandling. All requests must be made in writing to our customer support team.
- If the product has not been shipped yet, you may request to cancel your order, and we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
- If the product has already been shipped, your request will be treated as a return. Returns are only accepted if the item is in unused, original condition. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs using a trackable method. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to qualify. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item. Refunds will be processed only after inspection confirms the item is in resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If upon inspection we notice any signs of use, additional wear, or damage beyond its original shipped condition, we may deduct further fees to cover our actual costs for repair, cleaning, or diminished value, or refuse the return altogether.
Restocking fees are deducted only to cover our direct costs and are disclosed here in compliance with California regulations (including Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 18, § 1655). We reserve the right to refuse cancellations or returns if the item has been used, altered, or is not in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.
