Lifetime Warranty

 

This Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Zero Fitness (“The Manufacturer”) for Zero Fitness Power Racks.

 

Warranty Coverage

 

The Manufacturer warrants that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser, starting from the date of purchase. This Warranty covers:

• Structural components of the Zero Fitness Power Rack.

• Welds, frames, and overall structural integrity.

 

Exclusions

 

This Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Cosmetic damage.

• Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or modifications to the Product.

• Damage resulting from usage outside the intended purposes specified by The Manufacturer.

• Damage due to harsh environmental conditions, including but not limited to excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or corrosive substances.

• Products that are not properly maintained or used in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.

 

Non-Transferable

 

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

Warranty Claims

 

If you identify a defect covered by this Warranty, the original purchaser must:

1. Contact The Manufacturer promptly at help@zerofitness.us.

2. Provide proof of purchase for verification.

 

Limitations and Liabilities

 

This Warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedy for the original purchaser. The Manufacturer is not liable for any other damages, including direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

 

Governing Law

 

This Warranty is governed by the laws of California and is subject to change to comply with legal requirements.

 

By purchasing and using the Zero Fitness Power Rack, the original purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions of this Lifetime Warranty. The Manufacturer reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Warranty at any time without notice.
